Father and Son

Today was a light day for us, with only one boat heading out. Omar and Americo on ReelRum fished with Brian Graves and his son Alex, as well as Brian Biele with his sons Zach and Josh. The boys age's ranged from 5-7 and they all came in SUPER excited to go fishing with their dads. I must say they looked pretty cool in their stylish and safety oriented fishing jackets. As I talked with Brian and Brian we formulated a plan to make sure the boys had a good day on the water and stayed interested. Omar and Americo did great, staying close to shore for the first part of the day catching loads of Sierra. They caught about 10 fish and released another 10. When it was time to head a bit offshore and look for a Marlin or Dorado for the Dad's, the luck ran out. They saw a few fish but couldn't get a bite, and decided to leave well enough alone and head back to the Marina. They stopped by the office to say thanks, and then headed over to the Mango Cantina for some Sierra Ceviche and Sashimi. Good stuff guys.
