A rain and lightning storm rolled into Cabo late yesterday afternoon that lasted into the late evening. I had doubts that the boats would even be able to head out this morning. It's a good thing they did because the fish were biting!
Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) member Thomas Lacy from Fort Worth, TX brought some of his buddies down to fish with Redrum for a couple of days. Their first day was with Slim and Alex on El Nuevo. They landed a nice Stripe Marlin to start the day and raised a couple of Sailfish later in the afternoon.
Javier came back from a shutout day yesterday to catching and releasing 2 Pacific Sails and catching a nice Dorado for dinner. Mr. Saxton and his group had an excellent time on Rum Runnin.
Ramon took out Tantrum today with Terry Peckham and his buddy. They had a good time catching and releasing a Stripe Marlin.
It seems like the storm is far gone now as it's all clear and sunny skies again in Cabo. It's been a real pleasure having the Sailfish around as long as they have been. We have seen some with good size too and more than we have in years. That's a good sign of our anglers practicing their catch and release. We applaud you guys for that!
Comments are now welcome on the Fish Report so feel free to send a short write up about your experience, ask a question, or just drop a quick hello!
Cheers,
Luis!

Luis,
Nice to see the big sails, this could be a nice sign for Oct./Nov.
Are you seeing any blue marlin yet?
I think your report for Aug. 2nd should not have April 2nd
Luis,
Good to see the sails are back stronger than last year, could be a good sign for Oct/Nov.
You may want to check the Aug. 2nd report, I don't think you wanted April 2nd.
Fish
To anonymous, we caught a blue last tuesday with Cesar and Ramon on Tantrum. We also had another one in the baits as well as a stripe and 2 dorados.
Thanks Luis and the gang. Joey
