Dedicated to: Our Fallen Heroes

Happy Memorial day weekend to all!

Hope everyone is enjoying this 3 day weekend but lets keep in mind who we are actually remembering ...our fallen heroes. If you don't have anyone who has ever served in your family, it's still about respect for those who have lost someone. As you read this we have women and men making the ultimate sacrifice so that we can all enjoy the country today! Be with your families and enjoy their company this weekend, but keep it in perspective and take a moment to reflect for those who cannot be with us any longer. This is for all the brave women and men who are in the front lines...To you, the RedRum team says Thank you!!!

Fishing has been on and off these past few days and unfortunately we've had some boats coming back without any fish....It's fishing not catching guys!!

Jessica Fidrych and David Cooley fished with us yesterday on the 28' ReelRum. They went out for a full day but came back early as the waters were somewhat choppy and caused a minor seasick motion. Even though they came back early, they managed to reel in a 35 Lb. Yellowfin Tuna by the 95 Bank. These guys were very excited about their trip that they hardley caught any sleep!
Thanks guys for coming to fish with us!

On a half day we had Paul Marchesani and his family fishing about the 32' RedBeam for half a day. These folks had an awesome day out in the Pacific with Captain Cesar and Mate Ramon. They reeled in 3 yellowfin and a striped Marlin which was caught and released. Their tuna was going to get cooked at Misiones de Kino later that night, so hopefully they enjoyed their meal!

We had a CCA group from Louisianna with Blake Fouquier, Brant and Charles fishing aboard the 33' Nuevo with Captain Alex and Mate Manuel. These guys had a great day and reeled in more fish than what was really allowed!! They caught 16 yellowfin tuna all on their own! while the guys did the fishing, the girls decided to make it a day of their own as well and spent most of it doing some shopping! Maybe they'll decide to join their crew on their second trip tomorrow. We will let y'all know!

And last but not least we had Kimberly Rouleau and Christopher Calvillo fishing aboard the 28' with captain Omar and Mate Juan. These folks reeled in 3 yellowfin tuna and a Marlin that was caught and released. I heard they had a great time. Thank you guys for fishing with us. They were out by the sea of cortez and several hot spots that lead to this gigantic salt water pool =)

I will keep you updated with the latest 411 from RedRum!
Thanks for reading

Nick
