Fish Report

Jerry, Allen, Blaine and Thomas from Corpus Christi, Texas went out on our 33’ El Nuevo today with Captain Alex and Mate Ramon. They caught and released a Marlin using live bait on the sea of Cortez in front of the hotel Palmilla in the San Jose area where the water was at eighty five degrees.

Paul, Grant and Ross from New Zealand went out for the second day in a row, this time with Captain Ulises, and caught 2 Dorado, 2 Jack and caught and released a Marlin. The Dorado weighed 40 and 25 pounds and the Marlin 100 pounds. They used lures and live bait on the sea of Cortez where the water was between 77-78 degrees. They fought another Marlin but it got away.

Jay and his two sons Trent and Justin from Brooklyn, Mississippi went out on our 28’ ReelRum with Captain Omar and Mate Americo. They caught a forty-pound Dorado using live bait seven miles from shore on the sea of Cortez at around noon.

Another bachelor party came through today, we were expecting twelve and seven arrived, must have been a good night out. The boys from Florida went out on our 32’ Beam with Marcial and on a partner boat and came back with 3 Dorado, 1 Jack and a Tuna. They used lures to catch their dinner fishing on the warm sea of Cortez.

Rodney, Phillip and Jason went out on our 32’ RumRunnin with Captain Manuel and caught a nice sized Dorado for dinner and will be back on Sunday for more.
