Strong Winds

Today Cabo is experiencing strong winds around 15 mph which are causing the very rough waves and seasickness, a bit odd for this time of year and it's funny that it seems to have a pattern one day no wind, the next day strong winds, then no wind and so on so forht. I guess tomorrow it will be better.

Some customers came in this morning from Arizona and they were like it has been very cold since we got here this is nothing compared to Arizona! I can imagine, today it was VERY cold in the morning, and as the morning passed, the sun decided to show its face but the winds remained.

Today we only had 2 boats out and our fishing was done mostly on the Sea of Cortez, this is because the Pacific is too wild!

On our 33' Nuevo, Captain Alex and Mate Manuel went out with Brian Ladin and his crew who decided to switch from a full day to a half day. They left the Marina at about 11 AM and came back a bit early becuase it was too rough out there. Of course this didn't stop them from catching and releasing a Striped Marlin. This was all they caught and that's not bad for only a few hours of fishing and considering the weather, I can say they did great!

Another big party of 7 was John Devine and his people. They decided to go out for a full day on the 42' Pescado III and enjoy a day all together on the boat instead of taking different boats. There day was not bad either as they came back with 2 Striped Marlin and 6 yellowfin. Awesome guys!

Hopefully tomorrow the weather will be much more different and we won't have anybody get sick while out with our guys!

Thank you all for reading
