104" Striped Marlin

Today fishing did not pick up for the 5 boats that we had out today. This morning started off a bit wild, but through out the day things started to chill down a bit. We had the Tates and The Kapusta Party fishing with us. On the first group we had 16 guys and on our second group we had 6 guys as well who came to Cabo for John Kapusta's wedding.

John Kapusta managed to reel in a 104" Striped Marlin which was aprox. 180Lbs. He's still thinking about getting it mounted and I would defintely say HECK YEAH! that's a once in a lifetime moment. He may go out fishing again but you never know if you're gonna catch something that size again. He will let us know and I will keep you guys updated. I hope he sends pictures of his catch soon to show off to all our friends! It took John about an hour and a half for this big guy to come on the boat. Excellent job buddy and congrats on the wedding!

And he wasn't the only one from his party to catch a big one. Dylan Reeder also reeled in a 95" Marlin. It took him around 20 mins to get it in. He did it all on his own! Great job buddy!

Thank you all for reading.

Fish Report Mar. 18

TGIF everybody.

Hope ya'll are having an awesome morning and have begun planning ahead for the weekend.
Things have been slow in Cabo San Lucas, this week it has been up and down as you may be aware of by reading the fish reports. Yesterday was no exception.

We had 4 boats out Yesterday: Tantrum, Rum Runnin, RedBeam, and Nuevo. There were two last minute cancellations otherwise we would've had 6 boats out.

Visiting from Wala Wala Washington we had Walter Williams and buddies Matthew, Dave, Tim, John and Lindsey on our 32' Rum Runnin along with Captain Javier and Mate Americo going out for a full day charter and coming back with 1 Dorado.

On our 28' Tantrum we had Jim , Jackie, Judy and Alex Viglasky fishing with Captain Ramon and Omar out in the Pacific Side and reeling in 4 Sierra. Really cool family, they did not stop by afterwards but I sure hope they come again before they leave. Thank you guys for fishing with us!

Tyler Williams and Troy Prasek from CCA joined us Yesterday for their first day of fishing out of three. On RedBeam we had Tyler Williams and his crew coming back with a Yellowfin. While Trop and his peeps managed to catch 1 Wahoo and 1 Marlin.

I will keep you updated with today's fishing report.

Thanks!
Nick
