Strong Winds, Wild Waves

Today the fishing was still the same. Not many fish are biting and some of our boats are coming back without a catch.
We also had very strong waves out in the Ocean. This doesn't really help out our anglers as they get seasick and of course fish are harder to find. Hopefully by Next week we will have better luck.
The winds are 10-15mph and the water temepture on the Sea Of Cortez is around 74F while back in the Pacific, temerature is in the Upper 60'sF.

On the 32' RedBeam, Captain Cesar and Mate Ramon went out with Gray Turner, Cody and Gage. After a full day of fishing, Gary reeled in an 8FT Striped Marlin, it took him almost 2 hours to get it in, he ended up exhausting after fighting it. He promised he would send the pics, so I will be posting them ASAP. They had a great day and really enjoyed it. Thanks guys, hope to see you soon.

CCA group members Troy Prasek and Tyler Williams went out for their second and last day of fishing with RedRum. They headed out almost 40 miles out and came back with a Marlin. Today's was the guys' turn to fish while the ladies enjoyed a "Ladies Day Out" which included shopping and other stuff. I heard the Prasek Brothers got seasick, but still managed to make it all the way through the 8 hours. That's the spirit guys! They were on our 33' Nuevo
Thanks and have a safe flight back home.

A regular customer Joe Assenza went out for his first day of fishing out of 2 this month, he was accompanied by Wife Karen and son Anthony. They came back with 1 yellowfin and decided to take some back to their favorite restaurant to get it cooked up. Hopefully they will catch more on Monday. We will see Joe again in October for the Bisbee Tournament. He was on our 32' Rum Runnin.

Thanks for reading.
