2 Nice Marlins caught by Richard Moore and Richard Hill!

Hey Guys,

I'm back with our fishing report from the last couple of days.

On Feb. 16th we had 3 boats going out and a great day in the water!
On Tantrum we had James Nichols who fished with Dave and Bill along with Captain Ramon and Mate Juan. These folks from Nebraska had a great time in the water. They spotted Marlin while they were out there but these did not want to bite. That doesn't mean that their day was bad because by the end of their trip they had landed 12 Sierras.

Greg Wu and his crew fished on two of our boats 32' RumRunnin and 33' Nuevo
You know who the captains and mates are so I'll skip that part for now!
On RumRunnin the guys decided to do inshore fishing and during their trip they caught a total of 4 bonitas. Nuevo, on the other hand, went for bigger action and by the end of the day they had caught and released 1 Striped Marlin that was 180 Lbs! Nice job guys.

Another successful story was yesterday's fishing. I had previously talked about Richard Moore and Richard Hill, one guy from Canada and the other from England. Well to remind them a bit on Monday they caught a 160 Lb Striper that took 40 mins to reel in. Yesterday when them walked into the office I had told them about how fishing was and what we had caught a day before. I sent them out to a challenge which was to bring a bigger Marlin than the one they caught and than the 180 Lbs that was caught by Greg Wu on Nuevo.

The guys came back to the office with a disappointing face and Richard tells me "you sent us out on a challenge" by their look I was like was it good or bad?? Richards then replies we caught and released 2 Striped Marlin one of them was 125 Lbs and the other was 182 Lbs breaking their own record and the size of Marlin caught a day before. It was awesome! they said. These two awesome guys had a great day out in the water and will be fishing with us again soon!!

On RumRunni we had Kirk Welander and they also did great out there. They wanted to fish for smaller stuff and so they did. They caught a total of 12 sierra and 2 Grooper fish. They will be enjoying a delicious meal at Misiones de Kino, our favorite Restaurant here in Cabo!!! Yummy...

And last but not least we had Barry Kantrowitz and his crew from New Jersey and Florida who fished on Tantrum with Captain Ramon and Mate Jesus. The fished for a full day and by the end of their trip they caught a total of 2 yellowtail and 8 sierra!

Awesome 2 days of fishing guys. Waters are warming up and Marlin is starting to come back!

Have a great weekend!
