Sunday Funday

Sunday we had only one boat, El Nuevo, with a scheduled charter. Tyler Hagemen, Amy Dunnem, Ross and Sarah Biel, all from Austin, Texas, headed out with Alex on El Nuevo. The bite had been good the last few days but the fish were really spread out. There were some schools of Tuna way up the Sea of Cortez past the Gordo Banks and Marlin and Sailfish out near the 95 bank. Alex, however, liked what he saw on the Pacific in regards to Sea Surface Temperature before he left the office. They headed for the Jaime Bank and found a nice school of Yellowfin. Tyler, Ross, Amy and Sarah were all smiles when they got back after bringing in 8 Yellowfin from 15-30lbs.
