Monday 4/19

Another absolutely beautiful day in Cabo San Lucas. Light cloud coverage on an otherwise wonderfully sunny day, water temps in the mid-70's and smooth as glass water conditions.

Both groups of clients were here before 6am, chomping at the bit so to speak to get out on the water for a great day with TantRum and Rum Runnin.

Brent and Amy Sullivan stopped by on Sunday and we talked about their time here in Cabo and how they were so tired of talking to different companies that wanted to take them fishing. They were given all types of deals and enticements and promises and seemed drained from the whole ordeal. Then they told me they were recommended by a past client and I had to ask why they didn't just come to RedRum in the first place. Nonetheless, they had a great day with Ramon and Juan on TantRum, and while they only were able to hook one nice Dorado, they had plenty of action.

Next up was Lyle Fruchey who came down to fish with his two young sons. The boys were super excited for their day on the water and while we tried to keep them busy with some Sierra or Roosterfish in the morning, they wanted to catch something BIG instead. Javier headed out to where he found the Dorado on Sunday, 10-15 miles straight out from Cabo and they landed another very nice Dorado. The boys came back into the office at the end of the day for some RedRum hats and croakies, to show off to all their friends back home.
